Shipping costs

• Express delivery to all Peninsular Spain.
• The shipping cost will vary depending on the weight and destination of each plant, accessory or pot.

Deliveries

• We guarantee that you will receive your plant, however we cannot guarantee an exact time or day of delivery. If you want to know more information about your order, do not hesitate to write to us at hello@be.green.
• All our brave delivery drivers are equipped with masks, gloves and disinfectant alcohol gel which they use before and after each delivery.
• There is no contact between you and our delivery drivers. They leave the package on the counter or on the floor, thus ensuring a safe distance.
• In order to continue to guarantee government and World Health Organisation safety measures, the signature on delivery is not obligatory. You will need to give the brave delivery person your name, surname and ID number to confirm the delivery.
• If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled while it is en route and no refund will be applied.
• Please make sure that the delivery address is correct. We cannot guarantee delivery if this information is incorrect or incomplete. Orders that cannot be delivered on time due to incorrect or incomplete information do not qualify for returns.
• If you feel that your plant has not arrived in the best condition, you can return it: contact us or write directly to hello@be.green and attach a picture of the condition of the plant. You will receive a new plant as soon as possible.

Deliveries to places other than your usual address

• Deliveries to hospitals, companies, universities or public buildings are not guaranteed, although in most cases they are made without any problem.
• If your order is destined for any of these destinations, please email us at hello@be.green to ensure that the shipment actually reaches the final recipient.
