Hoya Kerrii. Also known as porcelain flower, wax flower, heart flower or simply lucky flower.
It is a tropical plant native to southern China and Thailand. In its natural habitat it grows to become a climbing tree full of green “hearts.”

Humidity: the heart plant adapts to any type of environment. The ideal temperature for its development is between 15 and 26 degrees.
