Shipping Info & Returns Policy
There are no delivery fees for orders of €29 and up. For orders below €29, a delivery fee of 5€ applies.
As we source and ship our carefully grown plants directly from our buyers, please expect 3 to 5 business days for your plants to arrive at your home.
Our orders are generally delivered to your door between 8am in the morning until 8pm in the evening. While we cannot guarantee yet the exact delivery time of an order, each order can be tracked here.
For shipments to Spain, you have the option to select the day on which you would like to receive your order. Additionally, you have the option to specify at an additional cost, whether you like to receive your order in the morning from 8:30am to 2pm or from 2pm to 8pm. On Saturdays, we deliver from 9 am to 2 pm only.
Please note that a late delivery does not grant the right to cancel your order and receive a refund.
We go to great lengths to ensure that each plant that arrives at your door is healthy, thriving and in perfect condition to start enlightening your space. If, however, one of our products does not arrive in this condition, we offer you an easy way to return it.
If you’d like to return a plant, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 5 days, take a photo of the damage or incorrect item and send the product to us in its original packaging. We’ll then make sure that you receive a new plant as soon as possible.
If you’d like to return a pot or an accessory, please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days and we will process the refund given that the products have not been used and are in the same conditions as they were when they arrived.
Please note that while we try to provide you with plants that are as close to as they appear on our website, each plant is a unique living being. Thus, natural variations will not necessarily be accepted as reason for a refund.

You can cancel your order within 14 days after placement. To receive a refund, you are requested to maintain both plants as well as pots and accessories in the same conditions as they were when they arrived.

Our products only contain elements that are specified in the respective product descriptions. Thus, if not added individually to the order, pots and other accessories are not included. The photographs of our plants represent their average size.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery of your order if you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. If we verify that the information provided is not correct, we will contact you to confirm the information or ask for additional details. However, please bear in mind that the modification of this data must be carried out a minimum of two business days before the scheduled delivery.
Please note that if your order can not be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, your order will not be applicable for a refund.
Delivery to non-residential locations
Please note that orders requested to be delivered to hospitals, hotels, companies, universities or public buildings are not guaranteed, even though, in most cases they will arrive correctly. If your order is destined for one of these locations, please provide us with a name, telephone number and as many details as possible when placing the order.
