Advice

• Do not overwater it and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, as its leaves will burn.
• Feed every two weeks from May to September with a high nitrogen fertiliser
• During the summer, keep the plants in the shade and water them freely but with good drainage and high relative humidity

Signs of weakness

• Brown leaf margins may be due to low humidity or too high a temperature.
• Leaf rot and leaf drop may be the result of too much humidity, excessive watering or low light levels.
• Yellow leaves may be due to low light levels or too much or too little watering.
