Shipping costs

  • The shipping cost will vary depending on the weight and destination of the plants, pots or accessories.

Deliveries

  • You will receive your plants between 24 and 72 hours on working days.
  • The delivery time is from Monday to Friday between 9:00 to 20:00h. At the moment we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
  • If your order has already been shipped it cannot be cancelled while it is on its way.
  • Delivery address: you can change this when the order is not yet being processed. Go to your user area, click on the order you wish to change and edit the delivery address. If the option to change the address does not appear, it means that the order is already being processed and probably can no longer be changed, but please contact us in the chat so we can check it for you.

Payment

  • At Be.Green we take security seriously. We've teamed up with Stripe, Google Pay, Paypal, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay to make sure your payments are safe. When you see their logos, you can rest assured!
  • If for any reason our security team smells something fishy, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction to protect you.
  • How can you pay? You have two options:
  1. Credit/debit card: If you choose this option, your order will not be processed until your bank gives the go-ahead. We use a top-notch security system to encrypt your details and verify each purchase.
  2. Bank transfer: If you prefer this method, you can use Sofort if you are in Germany, or Klarna for Spain, France, Italy and the UK. Please note that your order will be confirmed once we receive the bank transfer.
  • In case the purchase has been made by a consumer or a company, an invoice can be requested. Both will include a breakdown of Value Added Tax, if applicable, and delivery charges.
  • If you are a company and require another form of payment, please contact us using this form.

About your order

  • Plants and pots are sold separately. The photos of the plants and pots on our website are a visual reference to help you choose.
  • Be sure to check your shopping cart, there you can see all the products in your order and add or remove plants or pots.

Incorrect or incomplete shipments

  • Please make sure that the shipping address is correct. We cannot guarantee delivery if this information is incorrect or incomplete.
  • If we verify that the information provided is incorrect, we will contact you to correct it and/or request additional details.
  • Please note that changing these details will affect the delivery date.
  • Orders that cannot be delivered on time due to incorrect or incomplete information cannot be returned.

Delivery to locations other than your usual address

  • Deliveries to hospitals, companies, universities or public buildings are not guaranteed although in most cases, they are made without any problem.
  • If your order is addressed to any of these destinations, please provide us with a contact telephone number and all the additional information necessary to ensure that the shipment actually arrives in the hands of the final recipient.

Cancellations

  • You can make changes when the order is not yet being processed. Log in to your user area and click on the order you wish to cancel. If the option to cancel does not appear, it means that the order is already being processed and probably cannot be cancelled, but please contact us in the chat so that we can check it for you.

Returns

  • We strive to ensure that your plant arrives to you healthy and perfect.
  • In the event that a plant or accessory arrives damaged, you must fill in this form and attach photographs of the product. You have 7 days from receipt of the product to make a complaint on the form.
  • You will receive a new plant as soon as possible.
  • Please note that although we try to make the plants as similar as possible to those that appear on our website, each plant is a unique living being. Therefore, it is natural that they are not exactly the same, and this is not an acceptable reason for returning them.
