This beautiful North American plant is ideal for growing on balconies or windowsills that receive plenty of direct light. Once the plant has sprouted from seed, try to maintain regular watering and a moderate humidity level.

• First, fill a pot or planter with a well-drained substrate.
• Make a 4 cm hole in the substrate, if the pot in which you are going to grow the Sunflower is small, place only 2 seeds, if you are going to grow in a large pot or planter plant the seeds 10 cm apart.
