  • Direct light can burn its leaves
  • you can transplant it in early spring to allow it to develop properly. When you do so, we recommend making a mixture of mulch, sand and two parts garden soil in a pot of the desired size.

Signs of weakness

  • Yellow stems - There are two common causes of yellowing of the stems of dieffenbachia plants. The first cause is overwatering the plant.
  • Stunted leaf growth - pest infestations.
  • Drooping leaves - the plant needs water.
  • Brown spots - the plant is exposed to more sunlight than it should be.
