Open bowl gardens should be watered once a week. If the garden is a succulent or cactus garden, it should be watered every 3 weeks. To do this, the base is sprayed with water, trying not to over-wet the leaves. Closed bowl gardens should be watered in the same way but only once a year. They should be placed in a place where they receive indirect light.
