Advice

  1. Bright Indirect Light: Prefer bright but indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight which could damage the leaves.
  2. Moderate Watering: Keep the substrate slightly moist. Allow the top layer of the substrate to dry out before watering again.
  3. Moderate Humidity: Syngonium Neon prefers moderate humidity levels. You can increase humidity by spraying water around the plant or by placing a tray of water nearby.
  4. Stable Temperature: Make sure to maintain a stable room temperature. Avoid cold draughts.
  5. Well Drained Substrate: Use a substrate that allows good drainage to avoid root problems.
  6. Regular Fertilisation: Provide balanced liquid fertiliser during the growing season to maintain healthy and vibrant leaf colour.

Signs of weakness

  1. Yellow leaves: Yellow discolouration can be a sign of overwatering or lack of nutrients.
  2. Loss of Colour: If leaves lose their vibrant colour, it could indicate a lack of adequate light.
  3. Leaf Spots: Brown or yellow spots may be a sign of watering problems, such as waterlogging.
