Tips for successful Dill cultivation:

• From 2 weeks onwards, very thin, light leaves appear in the centre of the stems. Wait 3 to 4 weeks (approximately 20 to 25 cm in height) before harvesting. Dill is a fragile, fast-growing plant that must be handled with care.
• Start harvesting as soon as the plant has 4 to 5 leaves. Cut off the thicker outer stems, above the junction of two stems. This will stimulate the production of abundant foliage. Continue harvesting regularly for up to 2-3 months.
