  • The shipping cost will vary depending on the size, weight and volume of the order.

Deliveries

  • We are confident that you will receive your plants within 24 hours if you place your order before 16:00 on the same day.
  • If you place your order after 16:00 h, you will receive it in less than 48 hours.
  • The delivery time is from 9:00 to 20:00. At the moment we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled while it is on its way, and no refund applies.

How can I order plants, pots and accessories?

It's easy! Enter our catalogue and choose the products you like the most from our selection. Continue with the purchase process and send us the necessary information to receive your order at your preferred address.

Where can the products be sent to?

  • In the near future we would like to offer shipments to other European countries. We will keep you informed.

Is the pot included in the price of the plant?

The pot is not included in the standard price. You must select your preferred pot to be included in the order.

Can I buy just the plant, without the pot?

Yes, and you can make sure of this by looking in your shopping cart.

How can I use my discount vouchers?

Just enter your discount voucher when processing your order, on the checkout page.

How many discount vouchers can I use?

At BeGreen discount coupons are not cumulative. This means that you are only allowed to use one discount coupon per order.

Are the products I will receive identical to the ones shown in the photos?

We make every effort to ensure that each of our plants is as close as possible to those shown on the website. However, it must be kept in mind that each plant is a living thing, with its own natural variations.

The photos on our website are visual reference photos.

Why do I need to give my phone number?

Your full name and telephone number are very important so that our customer service can contact you to confirm the delivery address, make changes or confirm payment details. This communication will be limited to your order only.

What happens once I have placed my order?

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order with your order number, which you can use for tracking purposes.

You will receive your new plant in 24/48 hours or less.

What are the most common problems with orders?

Sometimes the data for the shipment is not complete.

It is very important that the information you submit is correct and complete. Be sure to include your phone number or email address to request or confirm any information as quickly as possible.

What happens when no one is available to receive the order?

Our aim is that orders are always received on the agreed date. If you are unable to collect your order, please call the delivery service (MRW) directly, or write to us at hello@be.green.
