These days it is noticeable again that it accelerates the new leaves that it throws out, which during the winter had paused a little. It's in the tropical corner with the rest of Calatheas, and the new humidifier, which for summer, sure helps us a lot to have a decent humidity inside the house.... #greenhouse #plants #indoorplants #indoorplantsdecor #decoracion #plantsmakepeoplehappy #plantporn #plantsarefriends #houseplants #livingwithplants #plantsarefriends #plantsgram #plantsforinstagram #happyplants #houseplantsofinstagram #houseplantclub #allthatplants #junglehouse #loveplants #urbanjunglebloggers #plantnerd #allthatplants #plantloversspain #discovertheplantcommunity #houseplantaesthetic #inbloomcommunity #officialplantfever
Tell us a little bit about yourself...
More or less because I don't know the exact number, at last count in March it was 144, and since then, a few more have joined the jungle.
What was it that caught your attention to enter the world of plants?
Have a little piece of nature at home. I really like to go out and breathe in the mountains, to see greenery, plants, trees, peace.
At home, my partner Bea and I have a corner in the living room where most of the plants we have are, and looking at that corner is often enough to forget the day-to-day life in the city. Seeing so much green at home, it's peace and quiet.

And what better than among my plants? I will take the opportunity to review 🕷, remove dead leaves, transplants, etc. #yomequedoencasa and I hope you can do it too. ago, specifically in April 2017 with some tiny cacti, a Tillandsia, which amazed me to see that a plant could grow without soil, and month after month I was fattening the list of plants I wanted. 3 years later, Here we are, with the house full of green living beings.
What are the advantages of having plants indoors?
For me, even though many people are surprised and don't understand how I manage to keep so many plants alive, in fact they see it as something laborious, instead I see it as an escape from this mundane reality. A routine of watering and checking, 10-15 minutes a day. To be surprised by the new shoots, to see that you get the hang of that plant that seemed to do more to die than to live, to understand them, to see them grow, small daily illusions.

We present our #raphidophoratetrasperma 💚 Although today it was Hoya's Wednesday #waxplantwednesday couldn't wait to present our new Raphidophora. It arrived yesterday from @about_leaf as always everything was perfect. She is also known as mini Monstera because of her resemblance. It is native to southern Thailand and is easy to care for. 🌞⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ indirect light, but a bright place is good for it. 🚰⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Keep the substrate moist but not waterlogged. If the leaves tend to yellow and lose their intense green, this is a sign of lack of water. If the ends are browned, a symptom of lack of moisture. 🌡 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As a good tropical plant, it requires that the temperature is not too low at home. ✂️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It is easy to cutting, always leaving a knot where we are going to cut..... #greenhouse #plants #indoorplants #indoorplantsdecor #decoracion #plantsmakepeoplehappy #plantporn #plantsarefriends #houseplants #livingwithplants #plantsarefriends #plantsgram #plantsforinstagram #happyplants #houseplantsofinstagram #houseplantclub #allthatplants #junglehouse #loveplants #urbanjunglebloggers #plantnerd #allthatplants #plantloversspain #discovertheplantcommunity #houseplantaesthetic #inbloomcommunity #officialplantfever
And one weekend a month, or every two months, checking pots, soil, getting dirty, smelling like damp substrate, black nails, I look forward to those days!

Do you have any plant-based tips you'd like to share with us?
I've noticed several things I want to share:
- We fail many times because of insistence or too much attention. Death from overwatering, for example.
- The plant I have the most beautiful is the one I pay the least attention to. A Kalanchoe that we almost didn't water, it was forgotten, and it's huge.
- We are all bad at a plant, we just have to be patient and see what you do wrong, to learn and do better in the future.
- The watering and light tips are very generic. What may be worth to me, may not be worth it to you because you live in different climates.
- Look at your plants and learn from them.

What is your favorite plant? Why?
Tricky question. Each month is one. There are times when I get into Calatheas, other times with Hoyas, Philodendron, etc. But I really like variegated plants.
